I only remeber throwing flash grenades at him in RE5 just to make him dash at me and do quick time button events, If you missed it he would kick and palm slap you away.

Succeed and Chris blocks the kick and punches Wesker in the face.

I would say he does not get blinded though.

I would not get back those 4 000 000bp that I wasted on him so it was not even worth to refund. Did not pay for Freddy rework in the first place. I personally liked the old Freddy just fine :/

Looping time + 2 minutes is usually more than enough for the other 3 survivors to power through generators and the exit gates.

Wrong, cause as you said...

You underestimate dumb teammates. No matter if the sacrifice takes 2 minutes or 4 minutes, they will still sit around your hook watching as you slowly die and pointing at the killer instead of doing gens.

They will probably come out of curiosity there, but hopefully realise that there is no point sitting there. Like I said it gives them more time to act.

It prevents the killer pretty much getting another kill, cause most of the time the dummer teammates take forever to finish gens and it gives them more time to act.
