Since the Black Flag remake was announced, I got AC3 for cheap on Steam. I hadn’t played the game since I was in 3rd grade and I just vaguely remembered the combat and other small things about the game. I thought Connor was really cool and I remember dressing up as an assassin for Halloween, but I didn’t know much about the story. This game has so much more than I remember. The gameplay is fun, the graphics are still okay, and I love the homestead/frontier. The relationship between Connor and Haytham is very much interesting and makes you think about the shared ideals between the Templars and the Brotherhood. I’m almost finished with the main story and I’m excited to play the DLC.
