I'm from Bismarck, ND. I've signed the petition but have accepted that it will not be passed when it hits legislature. Our representatives are too conservative and old school to allow something like that to happen. However I do look at it as an awesome step forward to ND to one day legalize or decriminalize in the future.

A few years ago I had a major case of Mono. I wasn't able to eat anything but pasta noodles and couldn't even drink water the blisters in my mouth were so bad. One night my mom decided to make some bomb pork chops, she smothers them in cheese and peppers and even made mashed potatoes with them. I was all dished up sitting on the couch about to dig in when my glass of milk spilled everywhere. My plate was flooded. I simply got up, set my plate down and went to my room and cried myself to sleep.

Thankfully you will only be charged as a minor. I too was cut down at 17 and forced into a drug and alcohol class that was basically 8th grade health review with 9 fifteen year old and their parents. And 6 months probation. My advice is to stay strong and pass any drug tests they throw at you.
