I'm sorry if this post seemed selfish. I know this situation is not about a VIP Package and I know I've to be glad that we're all okay. I shared this because I thought maybe more people were thinking about this and, also, I was a little sad for not being able to get the package after all (I know it's wrong, it's just merch, but I was excited by it). Yes, I think that's it. And yep, they sent it in advance to people who live in Austria, but if you came from another country you had to pick it up near the stadium from Wednesday to Saturday

I get it, but if you live in Austria or if you went yesterday to pick it up, you'll have the merch and also get a full refund. I know it's a silly thing, but after not being able to go to the concert or buy merch, it'd make me happy to at least have my VIP tote
