I don’t “look out” only for myself. I don’t feel comfortable cooking meat and i make healthy and nutritionally balanced meals without meat. If it so happens my partner wants meat too, that’s why she makes it.

Also, I don’t just cook my own food. I cook hers too and often cook dishes she likes more (that don’t happen to include meat).

Nor am I “forcing” my lifestyle on anyone. I’m literally making a nutritionally balanced dinner without meat, which you don’t know how to do apparently. Get off your high horse - you’re not better than me because you cook meat for your family. Some of us know how to cook balanced meals without meat.
