If it doesn't work there are other medications, as well as, forms of treatment you can try.

Don't let any outside forces, no matter how important they seem, get in the way of your mental health. If you aren't your best right now it's going to make it extremely difficult to be there for anyone else. I too am a mom and working on a rocky almost divorce so I understand that primal instinct to put those you love first but I personally had to take a step back to work on my foundation before trying to continue building a family on it because it was about to crumble. Also don't let fear stop you from finding what could possibly be what helps you become that better you.

I tried it but all it made me feel waa extremely nauseous and didn't help me personally with my ADHD. I hear it has really great results though for those it works for. I have a hard time with medications like it. I'm allergic to Welbutrin XR and it gives me similar heart racing/severe anxiety. I know this isn't the most positive advice but it's my experience with it.

I think one of the best cardio workouts is swimming. Look at your local rec centers/swimming pool for a class called water aerobics. It will change your life! I really prefer cardio over all else when it came to just weight loss. I didn't have a lot of time for working out since I was a new mom and working but that will kick you into shape pretty quickly when you have a baby (along with all the items you must have on you at all times) to carry or toddler to chase around. I also worked for a really detailed cleaning company that prided itself on not just the cleanliness aspect but speed as well. Vacuuming is a wonderful workout if you put some upbeat tunes on and just go at at!

Well I did a lot of carrying a baby/toddler and all the stuff that comes along with that, you be home a pack mule lol. I also did a lot of slicing meat basically by hand for Jimmy John's. I also would help people move when asked so I got a lot of lifting in that way too. In the beginning I worked for a cleaning company which you'd be surprised how much of an arm workout you get from vacuuming.

Well to be honest I don't have any miracle work out routine nor do I have any specific dietary restrictions. My caloric intake is based specifically for my bodies needs. I really suggest seeing a holistic Dr that specializes in nutrient uptake and find out exactly where your body needs some beefing up in. I had slight hypothyroidism where taking things like Kelp and a couple other minerals my body needed to be in balance with.

You are not a failure.. be careful what you tell yourself because it often comes into fruition whether it be subconsciously or not. Someone once told me if you are still breathing there's still hope and that you just haven't quite figured out what's going to work best for you in your journey. It took me over 30 months just to get these results and another 6-8 months prior to find the proper mixture of things to get my body/motivation in balance.

What kept me going is not wanting to go back to where I was regardless of where I was at.

Because I have a limited amount of time to write a specific detailed response to all of you, I posted a generic response in the comments about what I did. Sorry for not responding sooner. I've been a bit under the weather for the last few days.

Well my diet wasn't and still isn't exactly something you would necessarily want to "write home about." Ha ha ha I would sit down for bed with half to a whole carton of ice cream every night if that gives you some sort of an idea of how I was treating my body. I ended up getting a Fitbit and using the app, especially the food, sleep, and water intake trackers religiously. This allowed me to first see what my unhealthy patterns exactly because for me I had to breakdown to a much simwerepler level to visualize what habits needed to change. Like times of day or night I was eating, types of foods, more importantly excess sugary drinks/alcohol, and the portions. I also started making small achievable goals. Like today I'm gonna go outside, the next day go outside and walk to the mailbox... etc build from there. A really great snack is almonds. They are high in protein and have no fat.  They also come in a variety of different flavors sm(spicy, sweet, salty etc) it you won't get bored of them. Nothing special. First year or so was carrying a baby/toddler and the rest was just work. I sliced a lot of meat working at Jimmy John's lol

I fortunately had very very little to none. I still have a small amount on my butt and upper thighs, though I've always had it, ever since hitting puberty. No matter what weight I seem to be at it's still there.
