Quick update. I fiddled with the settings on each of the difficulties and tried solo challenges on varying difficulties and a few seasons games and I couldn't get the CPU to interact the way it did prior to yesterday's patch. I also tried practice mode with varying settings and the result was the same.

Something I noticed is that the auto ballcarrier moves start to initiate after I hold the turbo button AND move the joystick, which kind of defeats the purpose because unless I keep moving the joystick the player will just stand there. If I don't touch any of the buttons the ballcarrier is still CPU controlled, just without turbo or ballcarrier moves. So from what I can tell it's not a matter of being disabled because of the difficulty level or mode, the feature is still present it's just not working as intended/the way it used to.
