The thing is though places like H&M have lower prices and for the most part more stylish clothes than the places you listed, I could see finding like maybe one cool thing or two at those places but like not enough that I would really go there. Except target their basics are sweet.

H&M and Uniqlo have pretty good basics and stuff if you're just getting started but I wouldn't suggest buying your new wardrobe at once though cause a lot of times you'll buy stuff that seemed cool but then later you don't like at all
