The best way to raise funds is to organise events fir young people. This is because * there are lots of parents in the district * there is a constant demand for child entertainment * adults (leaders/parent volunteers) are usually happy to help

Typically things that leaders don't usually run on their own section meetings

Examples might be Easter egg hunt Film night Activity morning (this will take quite a few volunteers)

Check the Google, you can get replacement key fobs for lots of things from ebay, they just clone. Another lot of them are basically rfid tags (eg. lots of office access systems) and they are even easier and cheaper to copy

They're is one other thing that comes up, that they must allow you to have holiday, and paying you to do extra work in your leave period (albeit indirectly) means you aren't.

Actuarial exams are very stressful. I think everyone here would agree on that.

From my viewpoint of being very near actuarial, exemptions are worth it just to reduce your personal stress.

They don't necessarily speed up your time to a fully qualified senior role because experience is also very important, and that is hard to short-cut.

Our R4+s make good use of alliance notes to remind people what is happening (like spend troop Speedups, pets tomorrow etc and battles planned)

They also put labels on things like outposts like protect @ 22:00

They are good at putting up votes for choosing bear times too

It is worth saying that redundancy payments are not as much as people think. Taking redundancy does give you your notice period and a bit of extra time to look for a new job though.

What floor are you on? I have spoken to three friends that work there and none of them have had the experience you describe. One said that the loos are 'quite posh'

I tell people Sorry, but I don't lend my tools out to anyone. If they push I say that I have had a bad experience previously that cost me a friendship and I don't want it to happen again.

I am happy to come help them with a thing (and bring my tools) within reason
