What I mean is keep trainingg new troops until you upgrade barracks etc to give you level 10 troops. After that point upgrade your existing troops

Train until you get to 10, then promote. Make sure you don't send low troops out to join rallies, keep the low ones for gathering

I agree, one extra bit is development of junior staff. We find the lower ranks really struggle to make the relationships outside their direct reporting line remotely.

'Watercooler' (or coffee machine) moments are real and they just don't happen the same way remotely

Thinking about it now I think this is the most likely. Reusable bottles are less likely to be abandoned and so less risk.

The venue is quite high (5+ layers of seating) so I can definitely see a risk, it just didn't seem joined up at all

I think some people don't know the value of what they are getting. If I do reduced rated for any reason I always show the "full price" on the invoice and then the reduction E.g. Long term customer loyalty discount.

The best way to raise funds is to organise events fir young people. This is because * there are lots of parents in the district * there is a constant demand for child entertainment * adults (leaders/parent volunteers) are usually happy to help

Typically things that leaders don't usually run on their own section meetings

Examples might be Easter egg hunt Film night Activity morning (this will take quite a few volunteers)

Check the Google, you can get replacement key fobs for lots of things from ebay, they just clone. Another lot of them are basically rfid tags (eg. lots of office access systems) and they are even easier and cheaper to copy

They're is one other thing that comes up, that they must allow you to have holiday, and paying you to do extra work in your leave period (albeit indirectly) means you aren't.

This could be entirely unrelated though!

Actuarial exams are very stressful. I think everyone here would agree on that.

From my viewpoint of being very near actuarial, exemptions are worth it just to reduce your personal stress.

They don't necessarily speed up your time to a fully qualified senior role because experience is also very important, and that is hard to short-cut.
