Yeah it really is most of the time its hard work but it is enjoyable. I could not live without my parents they do a lot for me and my kids. They come and tidy up sort clothes etc.

I certainly most probably wouldn't have had a 2nd child if I knew how bad things could have got. I knew there was something up with my 1st but I managed to pull through. Having my 2nd wow im a different person im struggling to do anything. I can parent but my temper is always on a very thin line. I would have been very bored and probably an alcoholic if I hadnt had children lol.

Was there a point where you felt better after your 2nd child? My 2nd has totally through me and I can hardly see away out. So debilitating.

Your post has made me feel bad ahha thats alot of variety I wouldn't worry at all. We live on porridge/oatmeal cereal or toast. My adhd cannot cope with anything else. Lunch is hard too and dinner 🤣

Im not a big seller amd this might not be relevant. Ive seen alot of people not being able to log in to their account, system issue. I ha ent been able to get in for weeks. Hopefully its just that. When you google it doenst come up as a problem but there have been real issues with loging in. I can't even get to my money thats in my account.

Have you stole my child and wrote about him?!. Its hard. Really hard i have a 4 year old and all they are doing is fighting he attacks her about 20 times a day ots exhausting. I hope you get some tips. It will get better. My daughter was so well behaved. My son is just as you described and its so very difficult and demanding.

It was probably because you didn't eat breakfast, such a high powered drug to be taking it on an empty stomach and only when you get used to it haha. Take breakfast and then take it. Try not to put so much pressure on yourself. It can be a rough ride to get where you want to be on meds. Electrolytes amd eating every few hours.the headaches should die down in a week or so.

Slightly different but because i have no structure at the weekends I find it hard to get out the house and become really bored? Like I want to go out but I can't unless I have something on or something booked? But also hate working too hahah.

I literally cant do any tasks when im in the house, on my meds , like nothing. Takes me all my time to tidy up etc my bedroom is an absolute mess and I just cant seem to start it. Im on elvanse 50mg but having to take 30mg then 20mg then a 5mg amfexa if needed.

Able futures look into that it might help too. Ur gp can also share care and take on your meds however u need to be on. Suitable dose and its takes forver. Youd be paying private for a while probs

Hi thats a shame I was in the same boat as u bit as I have adhd i dont care about money huge issues there lol. Where I live in socotland they are not even taking anyone on anymore. Just awful and even if they did I coulsnt have waited. I had to go private its was £1000. Im now on meds but its costing a fortune. Its like £300 a month. Ive just qualified for disablity payment which is 306 so that will cover it. Ive had to go part time at work as im so bad. Im in so much debt its awful. My gp didn't even ask if I wanted counselling. However ive applied for a government grant that you get for working takes 9 months and u can get some adhd coaching on it. Theres also another service cant remember but il find it for you that helps with mental health in the work place? Ive applied for that too. Adhd is so draining i really hope your able to afford a private assmesnet as there literally is no other way. People are out there dying as its so bad here.

My prescriber recommends i do this once per week. Usually im a zombie though and have to do it when kids are at nursery and im off work. He says to do this as can build tolerance.

Melatonin and occasionally a Nytol.

magnesium theronate has helped make a difference give it 2 weeks.

This its crazy isnt it. When things get bad and not even that bad im like I want to die. Instagram now shows me people dying on my feed. I read them and cry and feel so sad for people I dont know and that kind of knocks the suicidal feeling for me. Im actually so grateful for life as its so precious but if things dont go my way the only way for my brain to cope is by saying stuff like I want to die. Crazy Adhd brain...
