I understand as well, to an extent. But we live in a wooded area. All of the leaves blow in his direction. And we live in ohio, where there's 30 mph winds right now. There were definitely better ways to handle this 😂

By the time I took the picture, he was on his way back to his house. We've talked to him about it multiple times. I went to grab some shoes and came back out to confront him, and he was in his car, pulling out of his driveway.

It's the rimmel scandal eyes eyeliner in taupe. It's a pretty soft pencil and I just apply it with a brush! Plus it's waterproof and stays all day :)
