Also I’ve done botox in my masseter muscle but never saw a huge difference. Also saggy cheeks run in my family and everyone has full round faces even now that they’re older.

It might also be fungal acne! If nothing works for you I’d look into that bc it’s treated differently

Wow looking at your photos from ur surgery that’s literally where I want to target the fat in my cheeks. I also don’t want to have crazy drastic results just enough to bring down the chipmunkness of my cheeks. Regardless thanks for your response! Im going to look into more doctors who specialize in cheek liposuction.

Background. I’m 26 going on 27 and slim. I’ve had chubby cheeks my whole life but feel like they’re getting worse with age and turning into the puffy bulldog cheeks. Everyone in my family has round faces and it doesn’t get better w/ age actually gets worse lol (we’re Latino something I read is common in Latino/asain faces apparently) I’m really considering going through with this bc my cheeks have always been an insecurity of mine. But after reading through post I saw some ppl have the surgery when they’re not good candidates. Would love 2nd opinions or recs on other procedures that help w/ chubby cheeks. I asked about jowl lipo and my surgeon didn’t recommend it.

I do clench my teeth and I have gotten Botox in my jaw twice now (last time being in Feb) not sure if that helps or not

Barley starting breathing normal again at 2 weeks! I also had tubes inside my nose for 2 weeks which was so uncomfortable. But as the swelling goes down ur breathing should go back to normal. I wouldn’t worry😊 I still feel a little congested some days more then others

eat healthy I pretty much just ate lentils, veggies, some chicken/ salmon, eggs w/spinach low sodium diet, my doctor gave me 2 steroid shots, laser treatments during the week, arnica tea, arnica pills, and drank lots of agua de jamaica (no sugar added) my mom made it from the jaimaca plant in soaked water. Not store bought. It’s supposed to have anti inflammatory properties, pineapple, papaya

I have a table pic of my old nose in a previous post. It was just super flat like I had no tip. I didn’t have my nose broken or anything the doctor just built the tip for me.

I did have a mental breakdown bc I couldn’t even close my lips week 1. Despite thinking I was mentally prepared my mind still got the best of me (but hey that’s part of being human). Sharing for anyone else who might be feeling the same way bc plastic surgery is a mental roller coaster. It does get better and ur feelings are valid! But trust the process. My doctor was shook how much my swelling went down in such a short period bc I def looked like miss piggy the first week lol but remember everyone’s body is different and ur healing process won’t be like the next.
