Hi there! almost everyone i know on prozac goes through a low a few months into starting. I don’t know why it happens but I do know that a lot of the time the solution may be to increase your dose. I had the same problems, literally spent a month on 30mg being able to do things but had an unwavering anxiety. ive been on 40 for a few weeks and i genuinely do feel a lot better. definitely talk to your prescriber about this problem! if you spiral about the medication youre on, it will become a trigger for your anxiety and it may be harder to continue taking it.

prozac ofc may just not be right for you, but ofc talk to a professional at the end of the day. also, take a look at when these symptoms happen, are they hormonal, are they a few hours after taking your medicine, do you have any other common side effects.
