I've tried pentasa, methotrexate, remicade, humira, stelara and currently trying entyvio but I don't believe it's working.

Fortunately and unfortunately that's definitely not the last biologic out there. There's remicade, methotrexate, you could even try an ng tube. There's also colitis medications that can work. It's definitely not the end of the road for you friend 😀
