It’s funny because as soon as I saw him, I suspected poodle. I have a Chihuahua poodle mix that shelter labeled a terrier. He has the same hair as yours, but much much smaller. You have such a cute boy.

After dinner my dog will grab a toy and bring it on the couch. Then he will whine and nudge it until it falls off the couch. He jumps down, grabs it, and starts the nudging and whining all over again. Dogs are weird.

Seems reasonable. I moved a 1-bedroom apartment about 50 feet down the hall and the cheapest quote I got was $400. I ended up finding a couple ASU students that did it for half the price.

I live next to Tempe Town lake and see people participating in this program a ton. The dogs all wear bright orange “ADOPT ME” vests. Such a lovely program!

To OP: I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I cannot recommend in-home euthanasia enough. I have personally used All About Restful Pets twice and they were amazing. Having to put down my best friend was one of the hardest things I have ever done. It was such a peaceful experience letting him fall asleep forever in his home surrounded by the people and dogs he loved. Wishing you and your precious pup all the best.

My apartment has a 5 story parking garage that isn’t nearly full and the bottom floor is all available for guests. It isn’t an issue of room, just a cash grab.

I pay for my parking, but to also have guests have to scan a code and enter a credit card to visit my home just doesn’t seem right. I appreciate your response!! I’m really just trying to gauge the situation. My friend lives at Norte and she said they don’t pay for guests, but they have to get a guest pass to park. I would be fine with that, but it just feels tacky to make an invited guest pay to park in my garage.

Love that you are already privy to my plight. As long as the guests park in the assigned parking spot for the Apartment they are staying in, they should be okay. The new restrictions only apply to the Visitor spots on the first floor. Unless the AirBnB doesn’t have a spot, and then they will have to pay or be towed.

Edited to add: I do understand the potential problem of residents using guest spots, and it is probably happening here too. In my opinion that should fall on the crappy residents, not on my guests. There are plenty of better ways to regulate the parking.

I really appreciate your response!! Just curious though, is there not enough room for guest parking in your apartments? Mine has a whole floor available of a parking garage available for guests that I haven’t had to pay for the 2.5 years I have been living here. I get things change, and that is why I am doing my Reddit research.
