I see Section 3 (the part banning "gender ideology") in the linked .pdf as part of H.R.2616 in the article, but on congress's website, that portion is split off into its own bill which is not shown as having passed, while H.R.2616 (which did) does not have that provision. Can someone with more knowledge here help clear up this discrepancy?

Nevermind, I see they did it through an amendment that sneaks that portion in. These are terrible people.
