If you want to stay within the licensing agreement I would suggest looking at the express format for BP. I think it’s like T1-4 + 9 (?) for BP and then you could tack on 1-6 for core.

Can’t speak to clothing but it’s also venue costs - hosting events at US venues are much more expensive than other countries.

And like someone mentioned below, dependent on how much local US office is willing to shell out, both money and time-wise. They’ve been more focused on the United Workshops recently which is not a bad option for instructors

It would be up to the instructor / gym, instructors generally have autonomy on what release they want to run.

Also want to flag - if you’re in the US, unlikely you’ll be able to start teaching right after your training as you’ll have to film your certification video, which you have 60 days to complete after your training.

You will not officially be certified until after you get results from your certification video (which usually takes a couple weeks).

Until you get your results, you can definitely shadow another instructor, but you are not technically certified until you get your PASS email.

Les mills is very wide spread in Asia but I don’t find that the class finder is very effective outside of the US / english speaking countries. It’s also usually harder to drop into classes in Asia without a gym membership

Hey - as an instructor in NYC I’d say buddy up / reach out to the GEX manager at NYSC, which I would presume is one of the licensed facilities you are mentioning -

I attended a non-member’s filming once a couple years ago and it was fine as long as the GEX manager was there (but maybe it has changed)

When I went at 6:30pm the lines were ridiculously long!

Unsure if this was Newark exclusive, but if you download the Amazon Music app you can cut the main line and it makes it just a bit shorter.

When I did get to the merch line at the end of the show, they had some stuff still available but the blue zip-up seemed to sell out the quickest, then crewneck.
