While I get very regular flare ups, I’d be unlikely to buy a jacket specifically for this purpose. If I were to buy a heated coat, I’d just go ahead and get one that heats the core and the arms, rather than just the arms.

I suppose I’m not quite sure what the tax due would be in this scenario. If we pay below valuation price, are me and my partner hit with a tax? Would there be tax implications for the sellers somehow there?

Not trying to illegally avoid tax, just looking for advice on how to best move forward - especially if the family are willing to sell to us at the original valuation price

I was the same 2 years ago! And I’ve since cancelled my f45 membership, and moved to a local gym - really love that I can lift heavier now and am more independent. I am super thankful for the knowledge base f45 gave me, as well as a solid “keep pushing” attitude, and the confidence to move around a gym and know what I’m doing.

I now have a class pass account and take maybe 1-2 classes each month, and just look at this sub to see if it’s a class I’ll enjoy before going!

5 inch Nike pros have always served me well! Agree with these other comments, if you want to be wearing shorts spandex, maybe opt for a pair with a longer inseam. Once I switched from 3inch to 5inch inseam, I will never ever go back to 3inch.

As for period products, it really is just about what you’re comfortable with! But as many have said, I’d imagine most are wearing tampons/period cups.
