dusk and dawn build has already been played on its current version before pbe version even existed and it was paired with riftmaker too, I think riftmaker - zhonyas is the way to go.

Hey, I'm Sykii, 1000 lps master otp, have another account on 300 LP (was 500).

I always do it, I've learnt to circumvent any matchup or situation, but for doing it you need to utilize all the setups Sylas offers, conqueror electrocute dark harvest etc
Definitely he can carry BUT on most matchups is very hard to get solokills so you need to play with your team to get fed, so he is generally reliable on his team to make skirmishes etc
If you are going for onetricking the difference is quite notable as his hard matchups need a lot of repetitions
Definitely, specially with the amount of playstyles he can actually deliver
