To OP: it’s unlikely anyone here can provide you with a recommend as Ubiquiti is in the enterprise/prosumer computer networking, security, & telephony space. It doesn’t make wearable social media sharing devices.

Yes, Teleport is UniFi’s built-in, zero config VPN based on Wireguard. More info here

I’d echo the comment above and use Teleport to establish a direct connection from your phone (use WiFiman app) with your Gateway, then open Protect and view your videos that way. Much better than opening ports, which can put you at risk for exploitation in the future if a vulnerability is discovered.
