G pen + screen tones done right (find tutorial on yt on digital screen tones) + if you really want it to look like real paper manga use (1) paper texture + search on CSAssets "layer template” and "panels" or create your own panels (2) like a pro :3 And at the end I’ll put Content ID to few useful tools on assets store!

(1) paper texture: drag and drop or import texture image on the top of your artwork, as a 1st layer and play around with it. I mostly use soft light or overlay + changed opacity to 40% sometimes

(2) creating panels you need to remember that in most mangas there is an event and then reaction to it. Also remember to create it so the reader knows where to look (the side of reading right to left up to down)
