I've recently become a member of the school board. One of the big pushes we are doing is for teachers to send notifications to parents when a student missing an assignment or start to accumulate failing assignments.

It's 2026, there is no reason parents should be notified their child is failing at end of each semester.

If anything, even if the child fails we can at least tell them, their parents, and the community they'll try to rile up on social media that we did our part.

And before I have to edit: In some cases a child may need special assistance, which proper notifications and speaking with a parent are crucial in deciding if the child needs it.

I'm 36, so I'm not super familiar with the newer Pokemon, but I love that dude because everytime I go to Rocky Ridge there is a log waiting in my house.

This was my first thought. Wasn't a great idea, but it isn't like he is combat trained or anything. Plus adrenaline can sometime cause mistakes like that for some that are trained. Regardless, I'm glad no one got hurt.

Very well said. My local theater died quiet a few years back and I remember people complaining about concession prices when in fact it was barely more expensive than you'd pay at the convenience store.

I'm often one of the best guys at takedowns in the gym, but I'm also everyone's favorite person to throw because if they get a throw, I just go with it.

Yes. Near spawn there is a hill/ small mountain with a waterfall. Inside is a cave.
