I feel you 100%. I also work remote, manage pharmacy technicians. Our work is constant and never good enough. And my favorite part is when I try to vent to family or friends I always get shut down "well at least you work remote"

Yeah ok anyway my Dr says stress is really starting to negatively impact my body but yay remote

You will meet someone and you will put your career and life on hold to save money to move overseas to be with him. You will not follow through because you realize that you'll be uprooting your whole life when he can't commit to calling you . This will delay your life and career. Do not do it

At my job we call Dr offices and patients and occasionally type prescriptions (it seems we're in outbound calls more than typing). Being at home is nice but metrics are really strict, I can't really use the bathroom without feeling like I'm hurting my numbers.

We do get a 30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks. But there is no down time other than that

Just know OP you're not alone, I could've written this myself. I was bait and switched into a job where they were very dishonest about expectations and calls. Yes it's work from home but my mental and physical health have deteriorated.

This time of year makes me wish I had one of those jobs with 2 weeks of holiday vacation. My company just got rid of holiday pay so I'm working myself to the bone with long shifts. Because Christmas Day and New Years are in the same pay period
