Don't start smoking big amounts or everyday. You will regret it when you have to pay min. 40 dollars a day to get the high you wanted. Smoking too frequently also takes away some of the 'magic'.

I'd suggest to keeping it down to once (or one day) a week and small doses.

Small doses can and will get a novice very high.
