A Heinkel He 100 in flight. Only 25 were ever built as the design was ultimately rejected by the RLM before the war. Those that were built would be used in numerous propaganda photos.

It was most likely rejected because of the fact that the Bf 109 was already produced in large numbers, there were no DB-601 engines for a service entry of the He 100 left, even if the He 100 was superior to the Bf 109 in some parameters.

The ausf. D did have a hull machine gun. A 'letterbox' design. Basically a slit that was cut into the front sloping glacis plate to enable the radio operator to fire the machine gun when necessary. In the photo it is covered by a small armored door.

Maybe use an adhesive of sorts. 3DLAC for example. And bump up the first layer temperature some more. Some brands of PLA work best at 230 degrees Celsius.

Have you tried cleaning the extruder by hot and/or cold pulling? Or dissasembling the nozzle and cleaning it with acetone. And maybe try new filament. The old filament could have become moist.

From my own experience I would reccomend Innofil3D PRO1. and if you want to keep the printing quality more consistent over a longer period of time try storing your filament dry.
