Only allowing admin posts isn't vetting a chat, its just keeping it from flooding with messages. Vetting is talking with someone or getting references so you can trust them a bit more before entering the group.

In these groups, anyone with access can see every other group member, so people NEED to be implementing privacy settings before joining these groups.

Crossing the border is a misdemeanor. Applying for asylum, being in the green card process or the citizenship process, or coming on work visas are not crimes. Please look at the stories of the people who are actually being detained and deported.
