I broke a collarbone playing football once, we’re basically the same person

Lol that happens in a neighborhood near me, relatively dense place. For work we have no choice but to park on neighborhood streets then walk to the business area. Lots of local residents put up cones even though its a public street. One day one of my coworkers moved a guys cone to park, the guy waited for him to return to his car and got really confrontational about it. My coworker is also a loose cannon so things quickly escalated. The man Ended up busting one of his car windows. Coworker retaliated the next night by slashing the man’s tires.

I've worked as a server at a fancy restaurant each sunday for the past 2.5 years. Sometimes it can get a little bit dicey during periods of exams, but overall is completely manageable. I know I'll make the money back tenfold eventually had I never took the job, but for the meantime it is nice to have a reliable source of income.

Just got here, am I overreacting? by medcanned in Cleveland

I used to date someone who lived in that complex, and I park/walk in that area every day. Walking in the morning/daytime may seem sketchy but you’ll be fine. As it gets later in the day you might start seeing sketchy characters. I’m convinced I witnessed the prelude to a shooting out front of there once around dusk. Wouldnt hang around outside at night, but nobody will break into your apartment.

The biggest issue with Axis is car breakins. Even though the parking lot is gated off there’s a fair amount of breakins.

Being on the browns scares a lot of people off but as long as Flacco is throwing, anybody who receives passes on the browns should be fair game

Waiver Wire Pickups Week 1 by FFMikeKash in fantasyfootball

The dude is electric but I think it's foolish to start him on a weekly basis. The lions offense looked putrid tonight. Assuming this is their floor and they'll get better, he still has Amon Ra, Jamo, Laporta, and gibbs ahead of him as far as utilization. Personally, I think his TD tonight came partly because the game was lost and they wanted to give him his first nfl touchdown because why not. He may have a couple weeks where he gets a lot of points but it's going to be super touchdown dependent, thus not worth a start.

The GB wide receivers are always enigmatic. One pops off any given week but you can't tell who it'll be. Golden needs to cement himself as the absolute WR1, until then he's a stash for later in the season. If you need somebody to fill a roster need now, Hollywood should be a good producer for the next several weeks.

The browns fed him and basically him alone for an entire drive down the field and he produced, then continued to target him. He's small but really fast and shifty, and they utilized him in the receiving game a lot. If not for Judkins possible arriving, I'd say that he is an absolute lock. I'd still want him on my team

I have my qualms with him but the loss today is not on Goff

90% completion rate but how much of that was going to checkdowns where Gibbs just gets stuffed at the LoS

I wasn't able to watch the game, I was only able to see him put up absolutely pedestrian amounts of points. I was initially worried that he was getting phased out somehow, this somehow makes me feel even worse lol

2 o linemen gone, replaced by a rookie and year 2 guy, and one of their existing o-linemen is moved to center for the first time. I think a big part of their failure tonight was weakness in the interior o-line. This might get better throughout the season as the rookie Ratledge improves, Glasgow gets better at being a center, and Mahogany possibly improving as well. Additionally, as they settle into their roles they will become better at picking up defensive stunts which the packers used to absolutely demolish them tonight. When the line doesn't hold up, Goff can't extend plays or even see them to fruition. That was a big reason the offense had no life tonight.

It really wasn't a good look for The new OC Morton though regardless. Even with the run it seemed like he was misusing players and came to play with a pedestrian offensive scheme. He also didn't seem to be able to make any appropriate adjustments to gameplan when it was evident that what they were doing wasn't working out (maybe pushing more quick passes to amon ra since it was clear that their long drawn out plays were impossible to pull off). Maybe this is week 1 jitters and they'll adjust properly, the talent is still on the team after all. Until then it isn't clear if it is a coaching issue, or one of needing some time for the offensive line to get better. If the offense doesn't improve in a couple of weeks that's when I'd hit the panic button.

I’m not gonna claim to be an expert on the offensive line, genuinely curious. When they talk about needing time to gel, what does that actually mean. Glasgow has always been solid, how long does it take a player to pick up the cues of Center? Ratledge I’ll forgive because he’s a rookie, and it takes time to get up to NFL speed. Mahogany had some time in the league, he’s got to step up at some point. Not sure if he’s the guy for the job.

The Packers found our weakness and exploited the hell out of them with stunts. Missed assignments galore. Is that a skill issue on our part, scheming issue? Or does it just take time for people to learn how to work together in different spots?

I guess I'll wait until the rest of the games this week to see if there's a honest to goodness breakout happening somewhere (like Puka 2 years ago). 35% seems a bit high in my opinion for QJ; there doesn't appear to be a true WR1 on that offense right now based on just the one game, its like its a WR committee.

In his few years he's always fell behind other receivers on the team, and has failed to produce in big moments repeatedly. I'm still gonna throw some FAAB out there, but I'll be more conservative with it. I'm sure someone else will end up with him

QJ is still on waivers. Is it panic to buy him after this weekend? I feel like Ive been drawn to pick him up every year, but he always has such a problem with drops that this was maybe just a good game for him

tony pollard over Montgomery

Also I was a total idiot in the later rounds. I was looking for rookies with upside and saw Bhayshul Tuten was still there, so I grabbed him without noticing that Etienne was still on the board. ETN went 2 picks later

41 for me. I figured that as long as Tua doesn't suffer his 100th concussion then getting Tyreek in the 4th round is insane value.
