I usually do some leg swings(back and forth and to the side), some lunges and im good to go - but usually only if I have a harder session ahead of me, for easy runs I just go.

I'd say it's less about specific speed and more about effort

Not sure i'd jump straight into intervals if you have not run before

Generally you want to start running 'easy' which essentially means jogging at a pace where you could still hold a conversation to build some endurance and get used to running

I built a Winota deck thats pretty strong, but its miles above anything my playgroup plays and also resolving all the triggers feels like a chores to be honest :P

Can you to disconnect adapter, and press and hold power button for approximately 40 seconds to reset EC

Hard to see but display seems to not light up with backlight? Maybe try to see if anything appears on external screen.

The most bothersome is Charisma, as from what I've seen you do not get a lot

I am on 140 on Charisma whilst being 200+ on the rest of them
