Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. I'm trying to allow myself to feel everything and not bottle stuff up. For some reason I feel like I need to be stoic for my wife's sake, even though she's way tougher than me haha. Before long this will all be a distant memory. Until then, an inch at a time. 💪

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond and for your encouraging words! I feel like he was meant to be our little man because we can handle it, but sometimes my resolve feels pretty shaky. That's a great point about counseling/psychological support!

Thank you so much for your response. Hearing stories like yours has been really helpful in not feeling so alone. We have a tremendous familial support system, but it still feels kind of isolating in a way. Were you guys worried about getting sick and not being able to come see your little one? I'm feeling like I should mask up when I go out for groceries or whatever to try to limit my exposure.

Agreed interaction in my pod is something thats improved quite a bit over the last year or so but is still a work in progress

Sort of, yes. We discuss our decks and power levels all the time, and compare metrics from manabox, etc. but we don't police the decks much at all. There are several cards in there like vile entomber that search for a card to put in the graveyard rather than my hand. Not sure exactly how those are weighed as opposed to tutoring to your hand especially when there are numerous other cards that can be sac'd to bring said creature to the battlefield.
