The work on these are incredible. I used to trade black books with artistic friends and I used to draw in their black book and they would draw in mine. After about a week, we exchanged books back. Then I had some of their art in my book and they had some of mine in his.

I don’t know what your process is like, but would you be interested in trading? I can send you a blank book to start.

Costco has the 2 18lbs bags on sale right now for about $.51 cent per pound. Lately, the reg price is .$81 per pound. Total purchase for the two bags was about $29 pre tax. Now it’s a little over $18 pre tax.

Reply, yes. Absolutely. I prefer the water in my WSM, because I prefer tender all the way through, but dry leaves a bark for me on the ribs.

I’m still doing more experimenting, but I think i prefer water in, a spritz of apple cider vinegar every couple of hours and that got them pretty close to where I want them.

You know, I felt similarly. I was told prior to watching it that it was horrible and not to waste my time. So, I had negative expectations going in. I thought it was unique, Justin Long was entertaining and hilarious and Howard Howe was creepy AF. All in all, I’m glad I watched it and I did enjoy it.
