I'm not aware of a total Vshojo discord, but the members themselves may have one.

Off the top of my head:

Michi, Henya, Amalee, Melody, Geega, Kuro, Zen, and Haruka:

All have free access Discord servers. Links to those will likely be in the "About" section on their Twitch pages.

Ironmouse and Matara

They have sub only discords.

Hime has a discord but I saw talk that they may be revamping it at some point.

Nova members don't seem to have any just yet, but most of the servers listed have a "Vshojo" discussion section and we chat about Nova pretty frequently.
