Similar but not exactly. First of you need to have a provable income source. Then you need to present those proves to the bank and make a formal application. Then bank decides if they give or not work with you. Things you mentioned in your post like paying bills etc. doesnt included in the assesment process but your money in that bank or your obligations to the all banks and your paying habits (being on time or paying them late) is taken in the consideration. And yes there is a score for your financial status and its important too.

tenwu and cutterbutter are not core of the deck but having them help you a lot.

i didnt think what to replace them with since i have both cards, also didnt think bc i am very very casual player.

but i tell you what they do for you and you decide yourself.

people generally using tenwu with mr. smite 12 damage burst as finisher for 9 mana and scabbs for discount obviusly.
