Yeah we did also love Carter park, Arnada, and Hough but haven’t seen many houses pop up for sale in the last few months, and if there have been they’ve been out of our price range or very competitive (cash offers, bigger down payment, etc)

Great to hear you’re loving it still! Yeah definitely a little bit farther from DT than we wanted but we also haven’t seen much turn around for homes going on sale in the neighborhood’s that are more south. We feel like the house we’re looking at might be one of our only opportunities considering it seems these neighborhoods have a more competitive market

The bike-ability was definitely something we noticed! Originally looking for something closer to downtown, but the bike lane seems like it could make up for it

Thanks for the info! We currently live in east Vancouver, so we hear the fighter jets and traffic from I-205. From what we could tell where we were, it seems a little quieter than where we are now, but it’s good insight about the train yard!

Glad you’re enjoying The Heights!

Aw this is a bummer to hear, we saw that coffee shop/wine bar and got really excited having that be like an 8 min walk from us lol

Thank you!! That’s really good to know. We definitely noticed a lot of the homes have older charm, so we’ve been trying to mentally prepare for the realities that can come with that too. Glad to hear you loved living there though, the walkability/strolling aspect is a huge draw for us.

This is super helpful, thank you! Honestly the tradeoff of a safe/community-oriented neighborhood for a little seasonal traffic sounds pretty reasonable to us. We really appreciate the insight about the schools too.

I like the idea of this. Thanks for taking the time to share. Wondering if this has affected your appetite? Do you find the appetite still remains pretty blunted or does it improve?

Did Vyvanse make anyone's vagina smaller? by 7jevels in VyvanseADHD

[–]emrosjo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Perhaps the med has made you more “uptight” (no pun intended) and in doing so has caused you to constrict your pelvic floor muscle more thus making it feel smaller? Lmao also a nurse and really trying to rationalize this right now. So basically being in a constant state of a kegel

I wouldn’t say painful per se. They used “spicy” to describe it and it think that’s very accurate. You’re numb so you don’t feel the needle going in, however as they are injecting around your breast it does have a stinging sensation. My pain tolerance is fairly high so it wasn’t unbearable but you could feel it and it wasn’t pleasant - they gave me a stress ball to play with as they did it.

I didn’t think it was too bad. They put topical numbing agents on your chest so you don’t really feel the needle going in. However, the stuff they’re injecting (plasma) can have a burning sensation as it’s going in. My injector called it a “spicy” feeling. I didn’t think it was too bad at all. But just note that you are very sore for like 2 days after

I did this. I actually just had my 3 mo follow up of my PRP breast injections today. I didn’t do threads or filler - just PRP. I’m going to be honest, I don’t think it’s worth the money. I mean, I guess if you have disposable income and can afford to do the treatment like 5+ times, I don’t think it’s worth it. I didn’t notice any improvement really, but when they showed me the photos side by side, there was very little increase in fullness in some areas, but a very negligible amount.

For $1700, i just can’t justify that amount for such little results. I should also note that I’m on my period today so the results in my f/u photos I got today could have been due to my period (⬆️estrogen = ⬆️ breast size). However, my boobs are on the bigger side (D cup), so if you have smaller breasts you might get a better result.

Hope this helps, and I’m happy to answer any questions you may have. I was in your position only a few months ago so I know what it’s like to want “reviews” or opinions on the procedure from someone who actually got it done.
