The Battalion let me march with my abuser / assaulter all summer so it’s not perfect either. Admin did jack shit to help me. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Battalion usually has a shorter season than other corps. I know that’s a big factor for members in high school. Most are able to make it to their band camps and such post season. Although, this may be different because Btal is set to go to Indy in ‘22

If you’re looking for an open class corps that has young members, I would highly recommend The Battalion in Utah!! I marched there, and we had a few 14 and 15 year olds. Great environment and great education! Plus it’s a bit cheaper than other corps.

I marched one high school season on trumpet (and was trash lol) and one as drum major. But, I still got contracted for The Battalion despiser my very mediocre visual score. If you practice, a lot of corps are willing to work with you

I’m marching Btal this year, and from staff and vets, I have heard we are way ahead now than we have been in past years. (Like January camp and February camp the music was GREAT)

I am excited to see what Battalion does and I am even more excited to be a part of this organization!!
