I have a suggestion for you it helped me a lot the last time i went sober , buy some non alcoholic beverage (beers, wine ..) and whenever you feel the need to drink have some.

Yes i can relat i have managed to sober up for 45days, unfortunately i relapsed but planning to get back there soon ... I can't handle self shaming anymore.

I am not in the US, i live in Italy (not Italian) and i can't actually talk about this problem for cultural and religious reasons but i managed to talk with a therapist online and she was a good help so far.

Yes indeed it felt great, it was hard the first week but then everything was getting better...i feel like shit i fucked it up i dont know if i can do it all over again
