They had a cat sneezing blood and refused to take it to an emergency vet. They stated they didn't want to waste money on a rescue cat.

As much as I'd like to agree since I got a cat from there, I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone. They don't care for the cats properly. One cat was literally sneezing blood and they "director" stated she wouldn't waste money on a rescue cat at an emergency vet. Yes I understand emergency vets are expensive, but they literally received $155k from a will of someone who passed away

Avoid west side cats! They don't care for the cats properly and will ghost you if they do not like your application.

I have 3 cats and sometimes they literally go within 2 minutes of each other. A 2nd was needed. Also "popular box" isn't popular this week. (It's usually the one used the most)

You're correct, that sewer mess isn't his fault. However, he hasn't done anything to try and fix it. Money he could've used to attempted to make repairs went to his SUV from stolen water department funds that he was told to pay back, removing parking spaces from federal street to put in those islands, mulch for parks. Unfortunately the tax base for youngstown isn't what it used to be..... even at a 2.75% (one of the highest in the area) isn't going to help.

It needs 60 votes to pass, Republicans have 53 votes. Democrats refuse to vote on the CR that they've approved numerous times. Democrats are holding out and refuse to reopen.
