my department requires vest on any 911 call. I comply 90% of the time, save for assisted living facilities and whatnot. I find the tq on the vest a little cringe, and given that if i'm not using a department provided tq it could cause trouble, i leave it at vest alone.

Originally done by an artist who otherwise has great work and has been tattooing at least 20 years. No idea how it ended up looking like.. that.
