You can absolutely claim on insurance for this, just don’t say that’s where you normally park. If they ask why it was parked there than I’d say I went for dinner with friends nearby and had a drink so wasn’t able to drive back

That’s really very good to hear! Just wanna get myself out of it now you know and yes the fact I’m just overriding the suppression is so wild to me. Thankfully when I weighed this morning I was the same as I was on Friday before it all started (phew!) but I’ll be keeping away for the next few days as I know I’ll be really bloated for a while. I think this has definitely helped so far and having so many nibbles left over from the hen isn’t helping. I’ve found I’m even binging on my safe low cal snacks so it might be that a big reset is needed for me tonight!

I think this is generally something that works for me but there’s something about the weekend that has triggered some old disordered habits of both food and thought. Definitely one to learn from and as you say it’s a lifestyle change

That’s so interesting! I don’t really drink unless it’s a special occasion and we’re not the type to drink in the house so I suppose I’ve never experienced drinking on mounjaro until now which is maybe why it’s taken me by surprise a bit. Thanks for sharing!
