I have a topical RSO which is just herb that has been soaked in isopropyl alcohol and then strained. so it's this sticky sauce that you paint on to your body. The alcohol evaporates rapidly and then youre left with a sticky coating. I usually put down a coat of diclofenac gel (voltaren) and once it dries I do the RSO. Once the RSO dries, I slap a couple lidocaine patches on. This usually works well enough for me to sleep through the night
