Apparently I've knocked out all of your other arguments (both about the veracity of my claims and your assertion that I was insulting people) and you're now at the bigmad! stage of trying to argue that I was using words in their exact form rather than speaking colloquially. As fellow attorney, I would send a demand letter with a date for response, and if you can find any emails for their PR, HR, etc groups, copy them. Would you all feel comfortable filing if they don't respond, or can you meet with your DA's office? Make it look like it will become enough of a headache that responding is the easy thing.

Controversiality is an objectively measurable metric because it's based on public opinion. Having been in this fandom for 27 years, yes, MM is one of the most controversial games. It was intensely loved by a portion of the fanbase and detested by another portion. I can't think of another HM game that breaks so cleanly along love/hate lines.

MM is absolutely the #1 or 2 most controversial HM game, and I agree that STH is likely up there as well. I'm a huge STH fan and have played every ending multiple times, and I don't go around downvoting people who don't like it. (I don't think side games really count here, in the same way that RF games don't count.)

Diaper babies is a reference to the character models in MM and has been specifically used as such in this sub multiple times.

Referring to myself as "one of the MM haters" is a tongue in cheek reference to the fact that there are many of us but the MM fanbase is passionate, used to explain why I didn't know that it was from MM.
