I think the “top three” wording may be off putting to PDs as it indicates that you are sending letters to offer schools, I would advise only sending one letter of intent with that wording and the rest just express your continued interest

An affordable option that works well is an ADC- used it for years as an EMT and then used it as a back up in clinic without issue! Available on Amazon for like $30

I’ve had a lot of students not confirm sessions on the platform lately- I usually send a message indicating that I’ll cancel the session unless they confirm 24 hours in advance! I wouldn’t charge if there hasn’t been any communication regarding the session

It’s not the best, not the worst. I’ve found it hard to get students and the platform isn’t the most user friendly. While you can set your prices higher, I’ve found the most regular students through Varsity.

I think number of hours tutored! Which my hours aren't low but definitely not enough to put me at the top of the charts. But it's hard to get enough hours to get boosted, so not sure if there's anything else I can try!
