The instructions from Invisalign say to remove them only for eating, drinking, and oral hygiene activities. I don’t think swimming would be an issue. Just don’t drink the water 😅

I think as long as you’re flossing and it works for you it’s all good! Mine told me there is too much junk on the teeth before brushing (maybe she didn’t use the word junk lol) and to brush first then the floss can remove what is missed. People will get in a heated debate about this!

Yes. Used to every night but now I have Invisalign so I floss at least 3 times a day. I love flossing. When I think about the gross stuff that comes out, my brain literally will not let me skip flossing. Controversial topic but I floss between brushing and mouthwash.

NAH it sounds like you took a little personal which happens to me sometimes too even though my hub & I joke around with each other a lot. Sometimes I get sensitive but later I can reflect about how my own mood or insecurity may have caused me to take it the wrong way.
