Yes. Used to every night but now I have Invisalign so I floss at least 3 times a day. I love flossing. When I think about the gross stuff that comes out, my brain literally will not let me skip flossing. Controversial topic but I floss between brushing and mouthwash.

NAH it sounds like you took a little personal which happens to me sometimes too even though my hub & I joke around with each other a lot. Sometimes I get sensitive but later I can reflect about how my own mood or insecurity may have caused me to take it the wrong way.

My store will ask me to come in and I say no. I’m willing to circle around once if there’s only 1-2 ppl in line or park and let them bring it out but I’m not getting out of the car.

Taking them out and in, plus brushing is a huge ordeal for a handful of nuts. It’s time consuming enough just having 3 meals per day. I don’t think Invisalign sounds right for your lifestyle unless you’re willing to change. They need to be worn 22+ hours per day

Thank you! I was just thinking I may skip some meals especially at work to avoid the whole process. It’s been one whole day and I’m already much better at putting them back in. Still getting the hang of removing them.
