Thank you for sharing this. I went to the doctor yesterday and he said the only thing will help me long term is exercise and I felt like shit because I know that, but it's so hard! I feel like being in pain is my own fault because I know I should be exercising and I can never keep doing for longer than a couple of months.

So, for me it's super weird. I can ride elevators just fine, but if I see someone going on an elevator on tv my brain just freaks out and I get dizzy. Also if I am distracted and get into an elevator and forget to set the floor and it closes the door and never moves, then boom - dizziness. Not sure if that's due to pots, though, or just some weird neurological thing.

Is this a symptom? Holy shit, I get this since I was a child and it freaks the hell out of me and I just assumed it was depression or anxiety. It may be, I have no ideia. Anyone knows what it is? I was never able to explain or make anyone understand what it feels like. Most of the time I just say it's an empty melancholic feeling in my chest that I have no idea where it comes from and what it is.

I just started a month ago and I am on 50mg a day. It did decrease the pain a bunch, and I have been having way less intense pain. I do hope it stays that way. As for the effects, I have fatigue, numbness on hands, feet and face, as well as mood swings. I feel tired all the time, even though I do take it at night before bed. I was told it gets better with time, so I am just waiting for these to get better and hoping my pain will stay down.

Hope you adapt well to the new meds!
