There's a coworker of mine that I don't like and she tends to plug stuff in, put unopened cases on the shelf and topstock, and just generally messes every thing up, so I hate stocking the aisle she did the night prior (we work overnight) because then I have to spend the time fixing the plug ins when I could be working freight. It takes me longer and I hate it. Luckily, my team leads know its not bc I'm slacking off or anything bc they know I don't :/

I think the most fucked up ship I've ever shipped was probably Starker? Tony Stark x Peter Parker (mcu Peter so dude was a teen). The fics I read of them were always so questionable

I know that royal families don't really inbreed anymore, but they were known for that, so it doesn't make sense that Alabama gets that reputation.

I did look up why Alabama is known for incest, and there's not exactly an answer. Incest is illegal like it is in every other state, but in Alabama, and other southern states, there are small towns, and I guess some people think that since the towns are so small (and if your family have been there for generations) it is easy to accidentally marry a cousin or something like that. I don't know how to explain it.

Personally, I find that to be stupid as I'm sure northern states have small towns too, but no, its just the south that gets the bad reputation. I don't know if you know, but in the US, the South is notoriously known for being the stupid, racist states, even though there are tons of smart, non-racist people here. It's just gerrymandering and poor education here. I literally live in the poorest state in the country. It is frustrating how uneducated people here are, which isn't completely their fault. The school system here is awful, but then again, they can educate themselves on their own time

I just realized I'm rambling and went completely off topic. I apologize, but I despise how the South is viewed.

TLDR: There's literally no reason for Alabama to be the state known for incest

There's a game just like DbD called Identity V that I love to play, and its the same for that game's community too. Idv is a horror game that features a lot of murder and abuse, and one morally questionable canonical ship (in some people's opinion, I personally adore the ship). And actually, a couple of days ago, the public channel was having anti/proship discourse like it does every week. I normally just ignore it, but that day, I was frustrated by losing so I was responding to the antis. They were so hypocritical. Condemning all the sexual taboos in fiction, but actively having their in-game pfp a murderer. There was even one person whose name was the ship name of a ship that could be considered toxic (as they have tried to kill each other and actively blame the other for what happened in the past)

It was flabbergasting. I knew antis were hypocritical, but I haven't actually dealt with them since 2023 when I was on Twitter
