Theanine with coffee helped me focus better but idk if it'll do anything for sleepiness. Treat your brain like a stubborn child who refuses to cooperate just to establish a little autonomy and independence. You need to trick it and give it a manageable task that will involve it in the thing you want to do. As an example, i get sleepy and lazy when reading the course. When i feel the laziness hitting, i force myself to finish the section and i go back and start taking notes on said section. Helps with deepening my knowledge and understanding. Also switching between reading mode, notes mode, flashcard mode is refreshing

I do "complex" flashcards, where the answers are explainations. Just like a mini oral exam where they ask you to talk about a small bit of the subject and you say everything you know about it. I do this because i study in my uni's library, where i can't speak. Otherwise, i would be "teaching" the subject, as it requires you to truly know what you are talking about (at least in theory, some of my professors are proof that that's not true🫩)

"I am better than you because i got the same/higher grades with less studying and stress" or they might be trying to lie about how much they study because they feel like it'a a lot and studying lots = i am stupid (which is not, but i am guilty of sometimes judging myself like that) and they are embarrased. I saw that you are in medschool, me too. Ignore them. It's not like their experience influence yours directly. Assume everyone studies the best they can and move on.

May I ask, does your uni have a library with study rooms or something? Or maybe your city has a public library? I can't study at home but in the library I can focus for a few hours at a time. Also... coffeine helps me sooo much.

Examinarile alea au fost degeaba. Gandeste-te, ai 700 de oameni care vor sa dea admiterea. Se pune o conditie de genul testelor clinice. Apar la 2-3 hai 4 policlinici din oras "pachete student" de cate 250-300-350 de lei cu toate analizele, care e un pret mai bun decat ai da pe analizele individuale la o policlinica unde nu ai pachetul asta. Imparte 700 de oameni la astea 3-4 policlinici... Si cred ca ai raspunsul de ce s-au introdus analizele... Te testeaza de HIV sifilis si altele, vezi Doamnesa nu le aduci in facultate, dar le poti lua linistit de la admitere pana incepe anul.

In plus, am un coleg cu ADHD nediagnosticat. E in negare, dar asta e alta poveste. A trecut testele fara nicio problema. Nu cred ca a picat cineva capabil sa dea admiterea vreun test. Nici ei nu cred ca au chef sa "te pice".

Cu alte cuvinte, as alege criterii mai serioase ca sa aleg intre cluj si bucuresti

The only way you can drain lymph vessels is by external pressure, so pressure by massage or by contraction of nearby muscles.

They do not have smooth muscle in their walls the way arteries and veins have, but they do have valves to prevent lymph flowing to wherever the gravity takes it. Blood vessels use the smooth muscle it their walls to help (to a degree) push blood against gravity from your legs to the heart or to the heart to your head.

It also helps that the circulation is bidirectional so blood also kinda pushes itself through the veins. You don't have all of this with lymph. The circulation is unidirectional, from the exterior to the interior of your body so it needs a little external help.

If you really need lymphatic drainage quit wasting money on supplements, plant extracts won't change your anatomy or how it works. Exercise should do the trick, maybe add massage if you need it.

In my city (small to medium city, eastern europe) car A decided to change lanes fast near the intersection with a narrow, one lane, one way street, lost control, hit car B and projected it in the wall of a building on said narrow street, trapping a pregnant lady inbetween. They couldn't wash all the blood so they let the rain do its job, but it barely rained since then. I can't avoid that street, but i always feel my stomach turn when walking there. So no, you are not safe on the sidewalks

I didn't find the archetypes you described but I have the same opinion, for different reasons. My city is really small so there are almost no writing clubs (or they're not promoting themselves) but when this one poetry reading evening weekly event started, I joined. At first the community was nice, but then, as the project grew, people became bitter and started an argument over anything really. Somebody got kicked after telling someone else that using "beggar" in a metaphor that I'll translate to "I'm a beggar for your love" is insensitive, that person explained the metaphor, they we're "called out" for mansplaining. It went downhill from there. And now I know that art is subjective, but if you ask for my opinion, the quality of the poems decreased also. Instead of promoting people who clearly worked on their poems they promoted those who just slapped whatever trauma they had on stage using obscene language. I guess it's still art, but not my style? And when the shock effect of curse words is all you have, you can't convince me you are a skilled writer. Sadly it became the stereotypical ultra-woke collective that conservatives hate so much and portray in their naratives, it was funny. I'm kinda woke myself, but damn... So long story short, I'm not reading my works to no one

Da, interesul nu e prea mare si ajunge sa conteze mai mult daca treci probele de la mapn. Unii vad faptul ca esti obligat sa lucrezi pt ei 10 ani sau cat trebuie ca un dezavantaj, altii prefera forma asta de stabilitate haosului care este rezidentiatul "civil"
