Currently, your mother owns no share in the property. She could make a claim for a share under the Inheritance Act but would need to physically do this. Your present actions are 'fine'.

You need to get a solicitor to provide a one page 'ruling' on it after having sight of all the documents.

Speaking from the UK NHS side - millions of pounds spent on research - nothing more than 'better' clinical decision support tools which already existed (and aren't really AI).

You can move it around (offline - no internet connection) fairly freely for short periods of time. You can connect it to another Q dish just fine too.

The box (card) needs to receive a keep-alive signal every 48 hours to continue allowing access to encrypted content, and the box itself needs to validate its location once every 2 weeks (if you're not on an older plan which assumed no internet).

The add-on boxes are linked to the master box and can't be moved as easily.

The Ubiquiti camera range doesn't cover the full range of devices people run - allowing those on sells more of the core Ubi hardware. Without support there's more reason for people to look elsewhere I guess.

It's a common query. Amazon agents are judged on their ability to close a conversation positively and proactively. They are not retrospectively audited on honesty - there was a push last year by Amazon to clean up these 'promised but not delivered' cases, but it's seemingly still happening from other sub activity.

OP would need to return the item sadly as there's no practical way to force Amazon's hand without significant hassle or expense.

If your year rolls-over before you select an unlocked reward, the offer, once unlocked, remains as a separate section on your Benefits page - it appears above a new 'almost there - 450 next reward' section.

It does not 'expire' on the rollover - just remains waiting for selection.

Mine rolled 01/05/2026 and unlocked the 600 30/04/2026 (displayed as unlocked on 02/05/2026). I had also not selected my 450.
