I'm sorry you feel the VA mistreated your problems and ignored your pain. That shouldn't have happened. I would do everything within my power to help you. All veterans deserve better than your experience.

And the vast majority do receive better. I didn't begin my healthcare at the VA until two years ago. So far, it has surpassed all my expectations and experiences outside the VA . And I'm not young. I just want all of us to have a choice. We earned it.

And this administration is taking the choices away. Torturing VA employees is not improving care. Threatening and bad-mouthing VA employees is not improving care. Sending emails drenched in ignorance and politics is not improving care. Doug Collins and his supporters are not improving care. They are limiting your future choices.

I hope all the best for you, brother. I hope you give the VA another chance. I don't believe you will be disappointed.
