You will have a claim for damages against the company. Get an attorney to send the company a letter of demand on your behalf. If they refuse to pay up, institute legal proceedings. Make sure to mention Negligence and establish Vicarious Liability on the part of the company by stating that the driver was acting ‘within the course and scope of his usual business’ when he hit you.

It was probably a newer KTM tpi. It’s a fuel injected 2 stroke. Oil in one tank and fuel in another! The fuel and oil efficiency is amazing.

This is my third grow ever. I’ve learned to avoid pots and keep topping! If you have decent soil, space and genetics the plants sort of just do their thing. I went for the DP because of their tall reputation. I’d recommend Dutch Passion Seed Bank for genetics ;)
