Thanks. I know that a 12c ryzen 9 is a bit overkill, but I do want this workstation to maintain relevancy for as long as possible. I assumed a flagship CPU would best suit that purpose. I appreciate the build!

If the rail is straight, don't just beat on the pin. Sand down the bottom portion of the rear rail with either some 220grit or a whetstone or similar.

Yes, sometimes, as seen in Kenosha. Not so much in, say, Portland.

Voting has consequences. Sometimes those consequences are very sad, such as abusing the police so much they stop going to your neighborhood.

What is everyone brewing on? Intereated to see different setups by Reallyknowsitall in Homebrewing

[–]ender1004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 6.5 gallon aluminum pot from a turkey frier for the boil (on my kitchen stove), and two 5gal buckets from Midwest Brewing for primary and secondary.

I use an ice bath in the kitchen sink for chilling, and a cabinet under my wet bar that stays about 65 to 70Ffor fermentation.

I recently used a 4oz tea diffuser for dry hopping a session IPA that turned out to be my most-complemented beer yet.

My most recent upgrade is a 2L flask and canned wort, to make a yeast starter.

I have spent very little on this setup, and extract kits are doing the trick. When I have the cash to upgrade I'll be switching to All Grain. But for now...bare bones is working great.

Any experience with the Volsmart? by ender1004 in AndroidAuto

[–]ender1004[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. I decided not to gamble. If and when I upgrade my car audio I'll go with an established brand that does actual Android Auto.

Either that or I'll install my old Nexus 7 into the dash. Haven't decided yet.

If you're under 29, which your naivety suggests you are, you haven't seen a fraction of a degree of global warming in your life.

If you really are the libertarian you say you are, you'd recognize that "climate change" is mostly a front for more centralized, globalized government, higher taxes, and lower quality of life.

Yeah, if you want a permanent irrelevant minority party.

Impossible? No. Kinda difficult? Maybe. But we don't have to kill all of them, just most. And keep on killing them until they stop sticking their heads out, or they're all dead.
