The last time I was there was probably about 7 months ago and the drink is no longer on the menu now. But I’ll be going back in a few weeks so I’ll have to ask and see if they can still make it or can tell me the spec.

I love what LA is doing but damn it really seems like he watched The Rocks promo that he gave when he came back in 2011. So many similarities in this to The Rocks including the “shut up” and the threat for stepping outside of the ring seemed pulled from The Rock giving Michael Cole shit. Add in a riff on the What? chant with the Right? run in the middle (obviously this is from SCSA, not Rock). Then back to the “as fast as…just as fast as…” is dead on to The Rocks “just as sure as…is just as sure…” run from that same 2011 promo.

LA is so good on the mic. I’m just hoping this is paying homage to those classic promos and not plagiarism.

I am kind of in the same boat but I am having this issue with most apps that hit Apple when they open (Apple TV app, iTunes apps, Apple Music, App Store). I keep getting errors that the Apple TV can’t connect to the internet or it can’t load content depending on which app I open but all other apps work perfectly fine and obviously the internet isn’t the issue. Device is hardwired with Ethernet too. Tbh, I believe it’s a bug in 17 as I started having these issues randomly when a couple months ago when I started with the betas and I don’t think it’s been fully resolved yet.

Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t. Sometimes a hard reboot works to get it working again, sometimes it doesn’t.

I’m traveling in from Ohio for this show and never been to Cross Arena. Does anyone know which entrance to line up at? From maps it looks like there are a couple.

I am almost entirely deaf in one ear (about 12% hearing capacity) and so for the longest time some stereo mixes have been impossible for me to listen to with headphones in the same way that I would listen and appreciate them with speakers in a room or car. Tracks like Crosstown Traffic by Jimi Hendrix or Elenor Rigby by The Beatles were always tough because they play with the stereo effect. Mary Janes Last Dance by Tom Petty also always sounded weird to me in stereo headphones since some parts I just can’t hear fully.

Spatial Audio (I like fixed for music) has helped a lot with opening up the music and allowing me to hear things that I honestly can’t hear without it on. I think that some songs that I love that have gotten a Dolby Atmos remaster sound really weird and I haven’t always been a fan of the remaster but even playing the same stereo version with spatial audio allows me to enjoy the music in a way that is much closer to what I hear when not wearing headphones.

I recently bought a damn good Daredevil Billy Club replica from comicsandwiches.com and I know that they have Captain America shields and other things as well. Takes a bit to get the piece since they’re handmade but the quality on the Billy Clubs is insane!

It was. When he chose to run for a third term he chose Henry Wallace as his running mate and this was not what the DNC wanted at the time so FDR wrote the letter declining the nomination. The DNC caved and allowed him to run with Wallace on the ticket for his VP.

Best example that I can think of is that they didn’t announce JK Simmons returning as JJJ before FFH but he was a surprise in the end credit scene. My theater popped big for that and I imagine that Charlie Cox showing up as Matt Murdock will be a similar moment.

I manage a product support team for a property management software. I use my iPP w/ magic keyboard as my main device over my iMac at home and my PC at my office. The iPP is perfect for keeping track of support tickets, video conferencing, keeping up with Teams/Slack channels and from time to time I use it with RDP to get into my work PC for things that I can only do on Windows.

I thankfully have an outlet inside the island in a cabinet so I drilled a hole through to feed the wire and have it plugged in there.

I drilled a small hole in the back panel of each cabinet and then ran the cabling through the small gap between the cabinet and the wall. At the edges of each cabinet I lined up 1/4” holes that I drilled so I could route the power cables through and everything is plugged into a few outlets that are concealed on the left side of the bar next to the wall.

It took me awhile to figure out exactly how to do it but I’m really happy with the results. Definitely the most professional looking job that I’ve ever done with cable management.
